Nowadays, workplace mental well-being is a top priority in corporate culture. This means not only improving job satisfaction and supporting individuals' mental health but also boosting creativity, concentration, and job performance. Consequently, it contributes to the overall success of the business.
This is the reason why CarePlus, in collaboration with EuroCharm and LivWell, is hosting the workshop "Mental Well-being: An Imperative for Businesses in Vietnam"
The workshop featured the participation of Ms. Thuy Nguyen, Head of the Mental Health Department at CarePlus International Clinics. She holds a Master's degree in Art Therapy from LASALLE College of the Arts, Singapore, and Goldsmiths University, London, UK.
With experience in providing mental health solutions and conducting art therapy sessions for employees, healthcare workers, and students in Vietnam and Singapore. She has collaborated with organisations such as Work Place Option, Saigon Psychub EAP, Room to Read, One Body Village, KONE, Shopee,...
During the workshop, she will share insights on the importance of mental health in businesses, common issues in the Vietnamese Workforce, and propose solutions to support employees, foster business development, attract talent, and retain human resources.
The workshop is tailored for leaders, with exclusive discussions on defining employee well-being for businesses.
