Job Description

  • Monitoring employee productivity and quality of customer service;
  • Experienced in team management;
  • Making sure employees meet performance expectations;
  • Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks;
  • Giving instructions to subordinate employees;
  • Assist in developing training plans and implementing and evaluating employees after training;
  • Handling complaints;
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports;
  • Other tasks are assigned by the Line manager or BOD.

Job Requirements

  • Graduated College or bachelor’s degree in commerce/Sales or equivalent;
  • At least 2-4 years experience/track records in Sales – ideally within the Service, Insurance or health industry;
  • Experienced in Healthcare is an advantage;
  • Leadership;
  • Training;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Professional appearance and attitude;
  • Proactive organizational skills;
  • Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic;
  • Time Management;
