REWARDS+ APPLICATION 

1/ INTRODUCTION TO REWARDS+ 

Rewards+ is an application that offers special promotional programs for member customers when shopping at Saigon Centre (District 1) and Estella Place (District 2). 

By accumulating points through scanning shopping receipts, customers can redeem reward points for shopping and dining vouchers at stores within the shopping malls, as well as thousands of vouchers from reputable brands, including CarePlus International Clinics.

PROGRAM 1: DISCOUNT PROGRAM BY MEMBERSHIP TIER  

SILVER MEMBER: 10% | GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBER: 15% | RUBY MEMBER: 20% 

Applicable to the following health screening packages:  

🔸General Health Screening (Standard - Advanced - Executive), 

🔸Comprehensive Cancer Screening Packages (Standard - Advanced - Executive),  

🔸Breast Cancer Screening (Program 1, Program 2),   

🔸Head and Neck Cancer Screening (Nasopharynx, Thyroid),  

🔸Esophageal - Gastric - Duodenal Cancer Screening,

▪️The voucher cannot be exchanged, returned or exchanged in cash, no change will be returned.  

▪️The voucher is only applicable for 1 bill of 1 customer, and 1 time only.
