Job Description

Contact and consult customers via phone and online platforms (Fanpage, Landing Page, Zalo, etc.)
Receive and manage potential customer data provided by the company
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable healthcare packages/services
Follow up with customers and handle inquiries professionally
Support customers in booking appointments and using services
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Maintain and develop long-term customer relationships
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Update customer information and sales results accurately in the system
Prepare sales reports and perform other tasks as assigned
