Blood Donation Day "One Blood, One Hope"

On the occasion of World Blood Donor Day, 14^th June 2018, Phu Hung Life in collaboration with the Red Cross and CarePlus Vietnam Clinics successfully organized the Blood Donation Day “One Blood, One Hope”. The event once again demonstrates the humanity spirit of volunteer donators whose hearts are full of love; regardless of age, gender, occupation, position, etc., they attended the program with the only aim is to join hands with the community to ensure blood supply for many people, especially for les miserables. 

At 8:00 AM in the morning, representatives of the Red Cross, Phu Hung Life, CarePlus Vietnam and other sponsors were present at CarePlus Clinic (Level 2, Crescent Plaza, 105 Ton Dat Tien, District 7) to start the program. Right after the opening ceremony, we were so happy that lots of people had been  queueing for registration and waiting for their turn. 

Although the program was held on working day, many volunteers tried to arrange their time to participate in blood donation. Most of donators were officers of companies around the region; some were security guards of the building who spent their little shift time to join, some were customers of CarePlus, etc. And many students of colleges contributed to  the program. 

At the end of the program, the number of blood units collected up to 227 units, with more than 250 donators joining hands. Though there were some volunteers could not donate because of health reason, we highly respect their soul and spirit. 

After this blood donation day, CarePlus will try to organize more activities, with the aim to join hands with the community to make life more meaningful.
