Job Description

Inspection and Maintenance: Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance for electrical systems, water supply systems, machinery, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), and building facilities.
Medical Equipment Maintenance: Conduct periodic inspection and maintenance of medical equipment and laboratory equipment.
Repair and Troubleshooting: Diagnose faults, repair, and replace damaged components promptly to avoid disruption to the clinic’s operations.
Equipment Management: Install and dismantle equipment; manage maintenance tools and spare parts; update daily maintenance logs.
Workplace Safety: Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations (Fire Prevention and Fighting – PCCC) and occupational safety standards.
Coordination and Reporting: Coordinate with external contractors when necessary, support other departments, and report equipment and facility conditions to the manager.

Job Requirements

Experience in industrial maintenance, building maintenance, or hotel maintenance. Experience in hospitals or clinics is an advantage.
Careful, honest, and in good health.
Diploma or College degree in a technical field (Electrical, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields).
