Job Description
Learn about the company and products to know how to advise customers;
Advise customers on advantages and usage of products such as the CarePlus application, health check-up package, new devices, and products (if any);
Implement and display marketing products, and collaboration with the internal team to consult at events, side healthcheck and at the clinic.;
Report every day on the number of approaches, consulting results and service usage;
Job Requirements
At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in the field of consulting products and services.
A college or University Degree is preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Customer service orientation.
Well-organization and multi-tasking abilities.
Problem-solving skills.
Have the spirit of learning, working actively
Capable of working overtime;
Having the spirit of teamwork and flexibility.
Willingness to learn and listen.
Good command of English is a plus.
Good use of office equipment (such as computers, printers, desk phones, other work support software...);
