WHOLE BODY IMAGING TARGETED WHOLE-BODY IMAGING SCREENING TESTS (TWIST)

Targeted Whole-body Imaging Screening Tests (TWIST) is a focused full-body health screening package that flexibly combines three key imaging techniques: Ultrasound, CT scan, and MRI. The integration of these techniques expands the scope of examination, increases sensitivity and specificity, and enables the early detection of dangerous diseases, particularly in high-risk patients. 

TWIST applies three main imaging techniques, each with its own strengths: 

Targeted Ultrasound: Rapid assessment of key structures such as the neck region (thyroid gland, cervical lymph nodes, carotid arteries) and abdominal-pelvic ultrasound to examine the liver, spleen, kidneys, pancreas, prostate (men), and uterus with adnexa (women). 

Low-dose Lung CT scan & CAC Score: 

• Lung CT scan: Early detection of lung lesions, especially in high-risk individuals such as smokers. 
• Coronary artery calcium (CAC) is an imaging technique used to detect and quantify coronary artery calcifications, which serve as an early marker of atherosclerosis. 

DWI whole body MRI: 

Evaluation of the brain, entire spine (cervical, thoracic, lumbar), pelvis, and hip joints. 

Detailed assessment of abdominal organs to detect early potential abnormalities. 

The combination of these three methods optimizes the screening process, ensuring accurate detection of potential abnormalities that a single technique alone may not be sensitive enough to identify.

3, Individuals seeking in-depth health evaluation:

• Those who have had gynecological exams (6-12 months) and gastrointestinal endoscopy (1-2 years) to ensure comprehensive screening.
