Nurse Team Leader

• Plan & supervise the work of the nurses for ensuring the smooth operation;
• Conduct the training, coaching for the nurses in nurse skills and job guidance in alignment with the Corporate standard to meet customer’s satisfaction;
• Be in charge of development the nurse’s career goal to meet the Company objectives and plans;
• Provide advice for the nurses and solve problem related to nursing team at clinics; 
• Take care of patients, build relationship with them and ensure that they are well cared for;
• Build up and control work flows to in line with the clinic operations;
• Ensure the medical equipments are managed and maintained, the medical supplies are controlled well;
• Coodinate and support Font office, Doctor team and other teams in clinic operations and developments
• Take charge of internal and external reports
• Other tasks as required by Line Manager/ BOD

• At least 3 years experience in Nursing
• Bachelor degree in relevant majors
• Knowledge of professional nursing theory, patient care and medical equipment and instruments;
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency/ hard situations;
• Effective negotiation, influencing skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Strong people management & leadership skills;
• Be motivated and results driven
• Integrity and confidentiality.
• Effective communication skills (both Vietnamese and English)
