Receivable Accountant

• Main in charge of closing health check deal paper work then Invoicing to client.
• Working out with Payment Intermediary Partner (MoMo, Onepay, VNPay…) to daily reconcile cash receipt & fee based on contract signed & promotion campaign.
• Processing data of Payment intermediary & cards before uploading into accounting software.
• Closely monitor/input collection Corp. sales via CIS and strictly manage the reconciliation the debts with the company’s partners as well as the company’s Trade receivables/Intercom.
• Implement monthly/quarterly/annual closing reports and internal reports (such as report on number of patients, report on revenue, etc) to serve the company’s management.
• In co-ordinate with Sales team for pushing Trade receivable collection timely & Commission scheme.
• Other tasks as required by the FM.

• Financial and Accounting University Degree.
• 2 – 5 years of experience in similar position.
• Experience in working with e-wallet in Healthcare/FMCG/F&B/Retail industry is preferable.
• Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
