4. Get enough sleep: Due to the discomfort and pain of infections, you may find it difficult to fall asleep. But try to get enough sleep because sleep helps your body recover and maintain a good immune system.

5. Keep warm: Keep your body warm, especially in the neck area to avoid cold infections. Wear thick clothing, mask and always wear a scarf in cold air. Especially when traveling in places like Da Lat, Sa Pa you should pay attention not to go outdoor when the temperature dropping too low.

Gargle at least 2 to 3 times a day every morning, noon, and night (after brushing) to help minimize irritation caused by inflammation. If you have a sore throat, stick to this method to improve your condition for up to a week.

7. Stop smoking (if applicable): Quitting smoking will help reduce irritation of your throat and increase resistance

8. Do not use too much salt in the diet or use too many fried, baked, spicy, fatty foods. Eat more boiled, steamed, and green vegetables, and fresh fruits which full of vitamins instead of drinking cold water, carbonated water.
