A ginger shot is a concentrated juice made from fresh ginger (30–60 ml), often mixed with lemon, honey, turmeric, or juice from vegetables and fruits such as purple cabbage and apple. It has a strong, spicy taste because it contains more ginger than what we usually use in meals. 

2️⃣ What are the benefits of ginger shots? 

Ginger contains compounds like gingerol and shogaol, which have anti-inflammatory and mild antioxidant properties, support digestion, and help reduce nausea. When turmeric is added, it provides curcumin—a well-known anti-inflammatory compound familiar in traditional remedies. Therefore, ginger shots can serve as a natural source of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compounds.

Although ginger shots offer health benefits, achieving anti-inflammatory effects or body detoxification cannot rely solely on a few dozen milliliters of ginger juice.
