Talkshow ''Effects of air pollution on children's health''

The concentration of PM2.5 and PM1.0 in the city area is at an alarming level, exceeding the standards set by the World Health Organization WHO and can directly affect human health, especially children. (According to the Vietnam Environmental Monitoring Center)

A child exposed to polluted air affects short-term health such as eyes, nose, throat and lungs; causing symptoms of stuffy nose, headache sinusitis and increased allergies. Long-term exposure causes increased chronic bronchitis, decreased lung function, increased mortality from lung cancer and heart disease, promotes cirrhosis, increases the risk of metabolic disease and dysfunction liver, diabetes, nervous system, etc.
