Job Description

  • Individual and Corporate Business Development: Proactively find, approach, and expand the network of potential individual and corporate clients.
  • Consult and negotiate mental healthcare service packages and training courses that fit corporate clients' needs.
  • Draft, negotiate, and finalize contract-signing procedures.
  • Content Development & Service Proposals: Brainstorm and edit content with the clinical team; design service introduction materials, capability profiles, and proposals for clients.
  • Plan and design service packages together with the Department Head and Subject Matter Advisor for corporate clients, and prepare periodic performance reports.
  • Corporate Client Operations & Care: Directly follow up on contract progress and take responsibility for operating and organizing contracted programs/training courses.
  • Work and coordinate closely with relevant departments to ensure the quality of services delivered to corporate clients.
  • Search for and build a list of potential B2B clients.
  • Connect with and send B2B service information to clients via email and phone.
  • Participate in networking events to meet and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Set up meetings to present services and pitch CMH's offerings.
  • Design marketing/service materials and publications.

Job Requirements

  • English communication and working proficiency is an advantage.
  • College/Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Public Health, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a B2B Sales, Account Executive, or Project Development role (candidates with experience in healthcare, education, or HR services are preferred).
  • English communication and working proficiency is an advantage.
  • High sense of ownership regarding revenue commitments and project timelines.
  • Creative thinking and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and client persuasion skills.
  • Aesthetic sense with basic design skills and content/proposal writing ability.
  • Project management, work organization, and problem-handling skills.
